Points of Distinction

Check-In: Private, off street parking is available. Please arrive 15 minutes before your first treatment, so you’ll be able to relax and completely enjoy the spa experience.

Cancellation Policy: As with all professional appointments, a 24-hour cancellation, or rescheduling notification is required to avoid being responsible for cost of session.

Gift Cards: Gift cards are available throughout the year, in any denomination and redeemable for both treatments and products. Order in person, by phone 508-752-2222, or online. Gift card cannot be returned or redeemed for cash. Gift card must be presented at time of checkout. Merchant is not responsible for lost or stolen gift cards.

Payment: We accept debit and all major credit cards. Personal checks are not accepted. Prices are subject to change and do not include gratuity. You may add gratuity to your debit or credit card upon check out. Thank you!

Retail Center: We offer a large variety of home care products so that you may continue to look and feel terrific. Spa or salon products may be returned along with receipt within 14 days for merchandise credit. Non-refundable items include: nail polishes, make-up items and brushes.

Corporate Accommodations: We can accommodate groups for special events, corporate outings and parties.

Children/Phones: Remember this is your time, and to ensure the highest quality of service and relaxation for everyone, children are not permitted unless scheduled for services. Cell phones are required to be left off.

Frequently Asked Salon and Spa Questions...

What’s the difference between a trim and a haircut?
A: There is no difference. Whether 1/4" or 4" is cut, the service is the same.

What does the different level of hairstylists mean?
A: The years of experience and training at St. Cyr, not necessarily years of experience as a hairstylist.

How long does my hair need to be to be waxed?
A: At least a 1/4 of an inch.

What’s the difference between a Spa Color and a One Process?
A: A "single process" involves the application of one color or toner to achieve an all over color. There may be some dimension, or contrast, in the color depending upon the type of color used and the existing color of the hair. A Spa Color is $20 add on service to any color. It is a deep clarifying treatment done before a color to remove impurities, minerals, chlorine and product build up.

What percentage is usually customary for gratuity?
A: Most clients use the same guidelines as in restaurants for their stylist and $2.00-$3.00 for the shampoo person.
